As a tenant our End of Tenancy cleaning service throughout Berkshire gives you the best chance of getting your full deposit back or as a landlord ensures your property is professionally cleaned ready for your new arrivals.  We have never had a client lose their deposit through the cleanliness of the property after they have used our end of tenancy cleaning service.

End of Tenancy Cleaning is to all rooms including kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, dens and snugs, hallways and entrances. It can be tailored to your requirements and can include:

vacuuming cleaning of all carpets and wet washing of hard floors

washing skirting boards and doors

cleaning sockets and switches

dusting radiators

cleaning kitchen cupboards inside and out

clean and descale toilets, sinks, sowers and baths

fridge freezers inside and out

oven cleaning service

insides of windows and ledges cleaned

removing dust and cobwebs

cleaning tiling, vents and grilles

descaling washing machines and dishwashers
Prices vary depending on the size/condition of your property and what you would like to be included.  Some things are not included as standard so need to be added to our standard prices.  We do not offer a full carpet washing service but can refer you to local suppliers if this is a requirement of your tenancy.  Our latest standard price list can be found on our 'Prices' page.
